I have been passionate about cooking ever since I can remember! Many happy hours of my childhood have been helping my family in the kitchen. I was born and raised in South Africa. The diverse cultures of South African cuisine have flavoured my cooking. You will find many of my dishes have hints of Cape Malay, Afrikaans warm tones and spicy notes from Durban!
